Q 1. What about the quality of your jewellery is it .925 Sterling silver?

A 1. All of our jewellery is .925 Sterling Silver and is stamped “925” which is the internationally accepted sterling silver mark signifying purity. Our manufactured to order gold jewellery can be made in 9k, 10k ,14k and 18k yellow or white gold .

Q 2. What are your shipping costs and options?

A 2. We now have a flat standard shipping rate of £30, $34, €34, AU$50 for any weight to any destination using DHL, which is less than our actual shipping costs. All parcels will have a tracking number issued by DHL so you can follow your parcel to the required destination.

Customers are responsible for any taxes (VAT/GST), import or customs duties at destination that may be incurred.

Some of these charges can be claimed back by VAT/GST registered businesses.

Q 3. How long will my order take to receive and which shipping company do you use?

A 3. Some of our best selling products are kept in stock but many other designs are manufactured to order and therefore have a lead time of approximately 4 weeks. Our shippers are DHL and a tracking number will be provided so you can follow your order all the way . Customers are responsible for any taxes or customs duties at destination that may be incurred. Those in stock items are picked, packed and despatched within a day of receiving your order and should be with you in 3-4 days, sometimes less.

Q 4. Which payment options do you accept?

A 4. We accept three different payment options. Payment by credit/debit card through our secure payment provider Omise, by PayPal or Bank Transfer. We prefer payment by credit/debit card to keep our transaction costs low and for the security it provides. If you select Bank Transfer to pay, our bank account information will show for you to make your transfer. Once transferred your order will be shipped if readily in stock or manufacturing commenced.

Q 5. Do you have a catalogue you can send me?

A 5. At present we don’t offer a catalogue to our customers as we change our designs very often and it would prove expensive to update which would add to the cost of the jewellery.

Q 6. Do I have to order online on the website?

A 6. No you don’t have to order online although it is much easier to do so. You can if you wish send us an email with your order . When we receive your order we will contact you to arrange payment. Orders will only be dispatched once payment is cleared – no accounts are offered. This arrangement is only offered to customers from the UK .

Q 7. What is your minimum order?

A 7. We have a minimum order of £299 ($399, 350, AU$525) as we manufacture all of our products to order, there is usually a minimum order quantity of 5 pcs per design but stone colours can be mixed. Our minimum quantities are quite low for a manufacturing based company and this allows us to distribute our products to all types of business.

Q 8. Do I need to be VAT registered ?

A 8. No you do not need to be VAT registered. Many of our customers are small market traders and housewives or party planners.

Q 9. Currency Converter?

A 9. The currency converter is there as a convenience for to shop in your own currency and gives rates updated every 12 hours.

Q 10. Quote System for volume orders.

A 10. Please choose the items that you are interested in using our add to quote system and we will get back to you with a PDF quotation stating prices, quantities and estimated delivery. Depending on the size of the order we may ask for a deposit or payment in full. You can Accept or Reject the quotation by clicking on the button within the PDF.
