Cancellation Policy

Please call or email to cancel an order.

Cancellations can be accepted on current stock merchandise prior to dispatch.

If a cancellation is accepted by us, the customer will be reimbursed using the payment method they originally used. They will be liable for any cancellation fees charged by the payment processor.

Once dispatched no cancellations can be made.

Cancellations on made to order products, customized products or bulk orders will be subject to the loss of any deposit paid for the manufacture of these items.
