Custom Design

If you have an actual sample drawing or a good picture of your idea, our graphic designer can turn this into a fully finished product in any material.

We will need as much information as possible such as height, length, width, and target weight and the size of any gemstone settings if applicable.

We offer complete jewellery casting, manufacturing services and designing.

We can take most existing products on our website and customize for you so you can include your own stones, resins, agates etc. depending on your business.

Please see below for more details :

1. A 40% deposit is required to start the manufacturing process.
2. Lead time on production is around 4-6 weeks for our current lines, with custom designs usually taking between 6-8 weeks.
3. A minimum quantity of 20 pcs per design is required but heavier items such as bracelets can be 5 pcs per design. Gemstones and ring sizes can be mixed. We are very flexible and can work closely to help you create your new collection.
4. After production is complete the Final Balance payment is required before dispatch. Parcels will be sent by DHL recorded delivery with an approx. delivery time of 3-5 days. A tracker number will be provided so you can follow your order’s progress.
5. The customer is responsible for any duties incurred upon arrival at the final destination country, we can advise you on this if not sure.
