Silver Obsession Company Limited does not represent or warrant that the functions contained in the site will be uninterrupted or error-free, that the defects will be corrected, or that this site or the server that makes the site available are free of viruses or other harmful components. Silver Obsession Company Limited does not make any warrantees or representations regarding the use of the materials in this site in terms of their correctness, accuracy, adequacy, usefulness, timeliness, reliability or otherwise. Limitation of Liability Silver Obsession Company Limited shall not be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials on this site or the performance of the products, even if Silver Obsession Company Limited has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Applicable law may not allow the limitation of exclusion of liability or incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. Typographical Errors In the event that a Silver Obsession Company Limited product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Silver Obsession Company Limited reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Silver Obsession Company Limited reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card / PayPal account charged or bank transfer made. If your payment has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Silver Obsession Company Limited shall issue a refund to you in the amount of the incorrect price. Term; Termination These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process. These terms and conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated by Silver Obsession Company Limited without notice at any time, for any reason. Returns Policy If you need to return any jewellery, please email us at sales@silverobsession.com, or call our office at +66 080-273-6671, within 7 days of receiving your order to state your intention and reason for return.  We will send you by email a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and form to complete, along with a shipping label to return the jewellery to us. Do not return anything without a RAN. Once you receive a RAN, please return the item(s) immediately as RANs expire in 7 days and will not be reissued. When returning an item, it must be in its original condition and its original bag, or it will not be accepted, and it will be shipped back to the customer. When you return you must use a trackable method to mail your return and inform us of that tracking number. All refunds will be completed within approximately 7 days of receipt. All refunds will be made according to the original method of payment. Please note that we do not refund the cost of delivery except if your return is the result of an error made by Silver Obsession Company Limited. All discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned for refund. Returns policy. Cancellation Policy Please call or email to cancel an order. Cancellations can be accepted on current stock merchandise prior to dispatch. If a cancellation is accepted by us, the customer will be reimbursed using the payment method they originally used. They will be liable for any cancellation fees charged by the payment processor. Once dispatched no cancellations can be made. Cancellations on made to order products, customized products or bulk orders will be subject to the loss of any deposit paid for the manufacture of these items. Cancellation Policy Import Taxes / Custom’s Duties / VAT We do not apply any VAT when we export our products. We are prohibited from doing this under Thai company law as our product is for export only and not liable to VAT when exported. Your country may impose their own Import Taxes under Custom’s Duties or VAT, often both. These duties are paid by the customers if they are charged. Usually our delivery partner DHL will contact the customer to pay these charges before delivery is made, but they can be paid on receipt of delivery. Depending on your trading status you may be able to claim all or part of these charges back. If you are unsure if charges will apply then you may contact the DHL centre in your country and ask them or the relevant tax authority. Most of the time this data is available online at the relevant country’s DHL or government tax information website. Protection of personal data Silver Obsession Company Limited is subject to rules regarding the processing of personal data. Silver Obsession Company Limited collects data about you in different ways in connection with your use of silverobsession.com.
